What is the Plot of Afraid?

This movie revolves around Curtis and his family who decide to test out a new AI device, one which has cameras all over the house and has sold itself “like another mother.”

While things start out smoothly, soon enough, this AI becomes their biggest nightmare. Now, Curtis must do whatever it takes to protect his family.

The Cast of Afraid

As we mentioned earlier, Afraid has a star-studded cast, and this cast is being led by none other than the beloved and talented John Cho, who plays the role of Curtis. Cho is best known for his work in movies and shows like Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle, Searching, Don’t Make Me Go, The Afterparty, and The Sympathizer.
