Rashida Jones has delivered one of her best performances so far as Apple TV+ drops 7 successful episodes of Sunny, and there’s plenty more to come. What Happened in Sunny Episode 7?
Episode 7 helped move the narrative forward in some ways, and in other ways just gave a deeper insight into how homebots can be manipulated, especially after Sunny’s terrifying malfunction in Episode 6.
This latest episode also witnesses plenty of tension between Mixxy and Suzie until things reach a point where Mixxy finally lashes out at Suzie, and then gets punched in the stomach by Sunny. It was all very dramatic and entertaining.
There’s no doubt that Sunny as a series continues to remain entertaining and engaging, especially with Noriko still in jail, Hime accusing her cousin of her father’s death, and Suzie and Mixxy finding out that there’s been a GPS tracker on Suzie, and another dormant one somewhere in Kyoto.
The episode ends with the two friends making up and finding the second GPS tracker, which leads them to a building, and more particularly the man who delivered Sunny to Suzie in the first episode!
What Can You Expect from Sunny Episode 8?
Sunny Episode 8 should come with some answers, especially when the old man with the supposed GPS tracker tells Suzie they need to talk. If there’s anyone who has more answers about Sunny, it should be him.
Meanwhile, Sunny has woken up on her own in Suzie’s home, and that can’t possibly mean there are sunshine and rainbows ahead. In addition, there will finally be some more information about Masa, and how his story links to everything that has been happening in the series!
