What Happened in the Final Scene of Bridgerton Season 3 Episode 4?
The final scene of Bridgerton Season 3 Episode 4 takes place after a distraught Penelope leaves in her carriage after Lord Debling ends matters between the pair. This happens after Colin interrupts Lord Debling and Penelope, with a heated argument of why she shouldn’t say yes to a proposal this soon, and ultimately, there was no proposal.
So, as Penelope is making her way home, Colin runs and catches up to her, and once she allows him inside, he confesses his true feelings for her. This is a moment that Penelope, and the fans, have been looking forward to for a long time, and it was well worth the wait and anticipation.
After Colin and Penelope are certain about their feelings and make them known by physically embracing each other in a rather hot and heavy scene, Colin gets down from the carriage, outside the Bridgerton house, and asks Penelope to marry him.
