The Big Door Prize Season 2 Episode 8 Review

The Big Door Prize Season 2 Episode 8, “Our Town,” has officially landed on Apple TV+, and this particular episode is fun-packed with some major developments when it comes to several characters in the series, along with the romantic relationships that have been formed between them. The previous episodes of this season saw the drift apart between Dusty and Cass, and in this episode, for the longest time, their marriage appears to be hanging by a thread.

Father Reuben has struggled with the Morpho machine and the visions from the very beginning, however, in this particular episode, with a lot of help from Giorgio, he musters up the courage to do what he always wanted to do and basks in the limelight too. We see a new side to this character, and it’s exhilarating!

While there are plenty of characters in The Big Door Prize Season 2 Episode 8 who are given screen time, the major focus stays on Dusty. Sadly, Dusty is kicked out of Giorgio’s house, but things change when Alice invites him to stay with her instead.

This moment quickly became a defining one in his marriage with Cass, and there’s almost a lurking sense of suspense, because could this be the end of their marriage?

As Cass and Dusty sit together for the school play, a brief conversation between them is more than enough for Dusty to decide that he wants to put this self-polariton to a stop and be with his family instead, and that’s exactly what he does.

On the other end, Trina and Jacob also level up in their relationship after exchanging the three magical words. So truly, there is love all around in the latest episode of The Big Door Prize Season 2, and we loved every second of it because it brought out the best in all the characters, and showcased just how multi-dimensional they all are.
