Adding a festive twist to the mix has made it even more delightful, and we can’t get enough!

So far, there have been four seasons of Is it Cake? and different contestants from these seasons have returned for Is it Cake? Cozy, Cakey, and Absolutely Delicious!

Avid fans of Is it Cake? are in for a treat as some beloved contestants return for the holiday edition of the series on Netflix, joined by host Mikey Day, who makes a highly anticipated comeback. From the start, the setup is absolutely stunning, instantly immersing viewers in the holiday spirit. With Christmas just under a month away, the festive season already feels like it’s just around the corner.

The All-star bakers are home for the holidays, and Mikey is all set to make sure that this version of the baking contest remains a treat for the viewers who are diving straight into the 4-episode binge. There are nine contestants, and these hyper-realistic cake artists, much like in their previous seasons, knew exactly what they were here for, which made Is it Cake? Holiday a success from the get-go!

The rules were set, and so was the prize money of $25000, along with the winning title, without wasting too much time, the mini-series dives into what matters the most to the contestants, Mikey, and the fans: Cake.

While there were plenty of moments of focus in this competition, the holiday spirit was all around, which made all four episodes a breeze to watch. However, for all the intense viewers, don’t worry, because there were plenty of nail-biting moments – it is a competition, after all!

While Netflix is doing a brilliant job this year with its holiday roster of cheesy rom-coms, bringing in a hint of reality has certainly worked in favor of the streaming platform. Is it Cake? Holiday takes the subscribes away from the land of fiction for a moment and back to reality with some healthy and hearty competition, delicious looking cakes, and honestly, some cakes which we couldn’t believe were actually cakes.

Is it Cake? Holiday is for anyone who has previously enjoyed this series or simply enjoys baking mixed with some holiday fun, and with only four episodes to stream, this reality series almost always feels light-hearted and fun. We highly recommend adding it to your watchlist this holiday season. P.S. Keep a lookout for the celebrity judges!
