One of the most striking features of Blood of Zeus as a whole is the animation, and as it appears, the animators and post-production crew of Season 2 took it up a notch this time around, delivering well-defined characters, action sequences and so much more in every frame of every episode. It was truly a mesmerizing affair.

While Season 2 has Greek mythology at the center of it, if you have seen the first season, you must be aware that it also had a unique addition to it, which is the story of Heron, the illegitimate son of Zeus. The latest season continues the story of Heron, paying great detail to his character and story arc which are the crux of it all.

Although Heron is the focal point in Blood of Zeus Season 2, the other characters are also paid attention to, much more than in the previous season, and the writers and creators have taken their time with molding all storylines in a more detailed manner, which frankly felt a little absent the last time around. Any wrongs made in the first season were converted to rights in Blood of Zeus Season 2.

While Blood of Zeus Season 2 is extremely action-packed, it doesn’t overdo the action sequences at any point, and instead, focuses more on the story, and delivers time and again. The narrative, characters, and Heron were the main driving forces in this latest season, and it was truly a treat worth waiting for.
