Fight for Paradise: Who Can You Trust? Review: Netflix's Latest Reality Show

The first four episodes of Fight for Paradise: Who Can You Trust? are now officially streaming on Netflix, and there’s a lot to unpack when it comes to this reality show. Before the show was released, the premise was clear that there would be two locations – a luxurious villa and a rough jungle. The first handful of episodes have taken place in both locations, giving a unique touch to Fight for Paradise: Who Can You Trust?

There are several contestants in Fight for Paradise: Who Can You Trust? and each episode has introduced more contestants who are either an “insider” aka they can stay at the villa, or they are “outsiders” which means they have to stay in the jungle. In this review, we will talk more about what you can expect from Fight for Paradise: Who Can You Trust? and whether or not this reality show is worth streaming.

Fight for Paradise: Who Can You Trust? Tries Hard to be Unique

It is no secret that there are an endless number of reality shows all across different streaming platforms, whether that’s Love is Blind, Love Island, Too Hot to Handle, or I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here.

It has almost become a competition, which reality show will manage to be successful, and somewhere in that race Fight for Paradise: Who Can You Trust? has tried its level best to stand out, but instead, it feels like a mix of several other reality shows, shabbily put together to create something new.

In the first episode of Fight for Paradise: Who Can You Trust? viewers are introduced to the first lot of contestants which include Shima, Marc, Eleyna, Mika, Samira, Greta, Nam, Lena, AJ, Elisabeth, and Delano, who are introduced to a life of luxury in the villa before the countdown is over and they are snapped back to reality and explained the concept of the show.

There is shock and sadness all over as the contestants make their way to the jungle, surviving on canned food, plenty of insects around, and much more. In addition, although it is the beginning of the show, plenty of bonds have been formed, and the claws are out, as no one holds back from expressing their views on their fellow contestants.

Fight for Paradise: Who Can You Trust? has an interesting concept of insiders and outsiders, which means not all contestants will be in one location the whole time, and that inherently increases the drama between them all. In the four episodes of Fight for Paradise: Who Can You Trust? that have been released, newer contestants were also introduced – Ingrid, Jan, Laurien, Michael, and Mariama.

There’s a lot to keep track of when it comes to Fight for Paradise: Who Can You Trust? as the insiders and outsiders keep interchanging based on camp missions, tasks, and who is ready to betray the bonds that have been formed. While the reality show has certain interesting aspects to it, so far, nothing has stood out particularly, apart from the excessive twists and turns that are introduced at least twice in every episode.

Conclusion

In our opinion, Fight for Paradise: Who Can You Trust? isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, however, if you religiously consume reality shows then you might want to add this particular show to your roster because the everchanging dynamics, missions, and betrayal continue to increase every episode. We will be back again to review the next set of episodes of Fight for Paradise: Who Can You Trust? on Netflix!
