What Happened In S.W.A.T. Season 7 Episode 8?

S.W.A.T. Season 7 Episode 8 is named Family Man and it was released on April 12th, 2024. Larry Teng directed it while Amelia Sims was the writer.

The episode starts with Deac thinking about his retirement but it changes after someone shoots Luca. A waitress in the city gets abducted by the preppers of doomsday named Grant and Jeb Webber.

Later in the episode, the cops enter the bunker of the kidnappers. In this process, Edward ends up dying. Some good piece of word given by Hicks in favor of Beth for her to avoid any prison time.

Meanwhile, we see Tran planning to go out with a journalist. Deac and Hondo contemplate their retirement. The episode ends with Powell meeting her son.

S.W.A.T. Season 7 Episode 9 is called Honeytrap; Oz Scott is the director while Michael Gemballa wrote the episode. It will have many wealthy people getting killed by a group of women-led robbers. The FBI, including Jackie Vasquez, then asks Hondo to help them in this case and stop the criminals. Meanwhile, the episode will also have Maggie leaving Hicks in an abrupt manner.

This will lead him to seek assistance from Wendy as well as the Deacon to repair his relationship problem. A 21-second promo of the episode shows us a glimpse of the events. It consists of a truck ramming into a complex of presumably a bank as flying notes are visible.

The viewers also get to see a glimpse of the lady robbers who are the main villains of this episode. The episode promises a lot of possibilities that are really exciting including the end of the story involving Hicks.

The episode will run for 40 to 45 minutes. This season will only have 13 episodes due to the delays in shooting caused by the strike in Hollywood in 2023. This is much less than earlier seasons that had over 20 episodes on average.

S.W.A.T. is a nostalgia dose for all the people who enjoyed the original series from the 70s as well as the film.
