The Big Door Prize Season 2 Episode 6 is now officially streaming on Apple TV+ and the Morpho machine continues to remain in the background while viewers learn more about their favorite characters, their emotions, and of course, their potential. This particular episode didn’t focus on any one or two characters, but instead involved pretty much the entire town, and also helped progress the character arcs and storylines.

If you’re a fan of Dusty, Cass, Jacob, Trini, Mr. Johnson, Izzy, or Beau, The Big Door Prize Season 2 Episode 6 might just be one of the more liked episodes for you. In this review, we will talk more about what worked versus what possibly didn’t work when it comes to this particular episode, so make sure you stick around, and do let us know in the comments what you thought about it too!

Deerfield, Dates and Dogs

Admittedly, there’s plenty to look forward to when it comes to The Big Door Prize Season 2 Episode 6, and that’s precisely because of the involvement of several characters. Despite there being a handful of subplots in this particular episode, it never gets too overwhelming or stuffy, and that’s one of the most charming parts about The Big Door Prize as a series.

For starters, Beau was paid attention to in the latest episode, and although this character has often been overlooked, it certainly wasn’t the case this time around. In fact, Beau not only sees his vision on the Mopho machine, but also goes on a date, gets over one of the most embarrassing moments of his life, and shares a heartfelt scene with his son, Jacob.

While there were many characters involved in The Big Door Prize Season 2 Episode 6, Beau’s parts of the episode were hands down the best ones, and frankly, we would love to see more of him (with or without the beard) in the next episode of The Big Door Prize Season 2 as well.

As for Dusty and Cass, things have gotten a little more complicated after Dusty’s “girlfriend,” Alice, dropped off her dog at Dusty’s. While the dog goes into labor, yes, that’s exactly what happens in this episode, Cass realizes that it would be best if Dusty moves out of the house after she finds out about his kiss with Alice.

The Big Door Prize Season 2 certainly has a heartbreaking subplot for Dusty and Cass, but we do hope things will get better for them, and they eventually find their way back to each other. Albeit, this series is full of surprises, and truly anything can happen, including Izzy’s comeback and she bagging a date with Mr. Johnson’s physical therapist, Freya.

As we said earlier, there’s a lot going on in The Big Door Prize Season 2 Episode 6, and together, it makes for a great, heartwarming, and effortless episode, even though the Morpho machine continues to remain a not-so-important part this season.

Conclusion

The Big Door Prize Season 2 Episode 6 might not have been the best episode of the season so far, but it’s definitely up there in the top 3! Make sure you are back again next week to see what we think about Episode 7 of this Apple TV+ series.
