In 1974, he planned to leave for Cuba after the FBI started hunting him for several charges. He plans with his producer friend Bert Schneider (played by Alessandro Nivola) and creates a fake movie titled The Big Cigar for which they have to go to Cuba to shoot.
Jim Hecht developed the show while Tiffany Johnson, Don Cheadle, and Damon Thomas are the directors. The executive producers include Hecht, Janine Sherman Barrois, Ben Rosenblatt, Laurence Andries, Gwendolyn M. Parker, Valerie Woods, Joshua Davis, Cheadle and Arthur Spector. The Big Cigar premiered on May 17th, 2024.

The episode will feature Huey moving an inch closer to finally moving to Cuba in the name of film shooting. This whiff reaches Sydney Clark. He has been tailing Huey; Clark contacts the government in Mexico. He then tries to convince them to help him by putting some pressure through various tactics.
